Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hivly (“the Service”), operated by Hivly (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Hivly on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. What Hivly does
Hivly provides AI-powered content workers that research, write, review, and — when you connect a publishing destination — publish content for your website, and related services such as performance reporting. The Service uses artificial intelligence; outputs are generated automatically based on your site, your settings, and public sources.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Keep your login secure and tell us immediately at hello@hivly.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
3. Your content and your site
You retain all rights to your website, your data, and the content Hivly produces for you. Once an article is published under your name and domain, it is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: crawling the website you connect, processing its content, storing working data, and publishing to destinations you explicitly connect.
4. AI-generated content — your responsibility to review
AI-generated content can contain errors. Hivly grounds articles in sourced research and runs an automated editorial review, but you are the publisher: you are responsible for reviewing content before (or promptly after, if you enable auto-publish) it goes live, and for its legal compliance in your jurisdiction and industry. We make no guarantees about search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
5. Connected services
When you connect third-party services (e.g. GitHub, Webflow, WordPress, Notion), you authorize Hivly to use those connections solely to deliver the Service. Credentials are stored in an encrypted vault system and are never exposed to generated content. You can disconnect a service at any time in your worker’s settings.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Hivly to produce content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful; to spam search engines or third parties; to misrepresent AI content as specific named humans without their consent; or to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
7. Fees
Pricing is displayed in the app. During early access, features may be provided free of charge; we may introduce or change fees with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features; for material reductions we’ll give reasonable notice.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from published content.
10. Termination
You can stop using Hivly and request account deletion at any time via hello@hivly.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections 3, 4, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. General
These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
